Job Overview: As a BD Freelance, he/she will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role.
- Generate potential leads.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Measures the success of converting leads into scheduled meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Tracks the percentage of qualified leads that progress to the next stage of the sales pipeline.
- You will get referral fee 15% from payment
