Business Development Internship
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to gather a database of potential clients (lead generation).
- Assist the BD team in preparing administrative documents, proposal drafts, and presentation materials.
- Manage and update client data (CRM data entry) regularly and accurately.
- Accompany the BD team in client meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Learn to conduct initial outreach (such as cold emails or LinkedIn messaging) to prospective clients under the guidance of a mentor.
Requirements :
- Final-year student or Fresh Graduate with a degree in Business Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the Creative Agency industry.
- Confident, communicative, and comfortable interacting with new people.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially for creating presentation slides).
- Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO) at bitjara.id.
