Business Development Intern – IT & Manpower Services

Job Description
• Conduct market research and identify potential B2B clients.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, online platforms, and other channels.
• Approach, engage, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Understand client needs related to IT Solutions and Manpower Services.
• Support client meetings, visit, proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Maintain and update prospect/client databases and sales pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business opportunities.
• Prepare regular activity and pipeline reports.
Job Requirements
• Minimum D3/S1, any relevant major.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Maximum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with online communication and remote working.
• Good command of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Interest in IT, B2B business, and Manpower Services is a plus.
