About the Role We're looking for a Business Development intern to grow B2B sales of MyColorID. You'll learn marketing partnership ecosystem and also sharpening your negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
• Support the sales process for the Masterclass Program, a corporate wellness program designed to engage employees.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with business partners.
• Help prepare and customize sales proposals based on client needs.
• Learn how partnership ecosystems work, including value exchange and revenue generation.
• Follow up with partners and keep the partner database up to date.
• Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and potential opportunities.
Requirements
• 0–2 years sales experience (fresh grads welcome) with strong communication skills
• Fast learner, coachable, eager to grow into a closing role
• Comfortable with rejection and problem-solving on the fly
• Organized and disciplined with follow-up/customer relation tasks
• Interest in premium/consultative service selling (not hard discounting)
