Job Description:
- Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to reach potential clients.
- Identify and research the appropriate PICs and key decision-makers within target companies.
- Approach prospects and introduce our service offerings based on their business needs.
- Qualify prospects and assess potential business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for further discussion with the Business Development team.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Strong interest in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and/or Partnerships.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Strong research and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
- Able to conduct market research, identify potential business opportunities, and gather relevant information.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Previous internship, organizational, or project experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related areas is a plus, but not required.
