Business Development Intern

Work schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8.30-5.30 PM WIB (Work From Office)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching and identifying potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach, targeting 3–5 prospects per day.
- Support the introduction of BOSSHIRE's recruitment and job portal solutions to prospective clients and encourage them to post job vacancies.
- Assist with initial client communication, follow-ups, and basic needs assessments.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and client onboarding materials.
- Maintain and update client outreach records, CRM data, and sales pipeline progress.
- Coordinate with the BD and Sales team to support prospect conversion and client relationship management.
- Track daily outreach activities and assist in preparing regular progress reports.
Requirements:
- Final-year student in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with cold outreach and client interaction.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Able to work indepaendently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, or sales activities is a plus.
- Fluent in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
