Job description for Business Development Intern at ALLIANCE MOUNT

Positions Available:

• 02 Part-time Intern (Onsite at Office): Work every afternoon from Monday to Friday, hours: 13:00 - 18:00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Assistant support: Taking meeting notes, handling administrative processes, and managing paperwork.

• Conducting market, industry, and target company research.

• Collecting and processing financial data; supporting basic financial modeling.

• Assisting in preparing pitch materials, teasers, and information memorandums for deals.

• Supporting due diligence processes and managing deal pipeline tracking.

• Assisting Marketing & Business Development activities (content creation, social media, networking events).

• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3rd or 4th-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or related fields.

• Responsible, proactive, and quick learner.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); good English skills are a plus.

• No prior experience required, but preference given to candidates interested in M&A and Investment.

Internship Duration:

• Minimum 03 months (extendable based on performance and needs).
