Job Responsibilities
- Research industry trends and client needs to identify opportunities for new programs.
- Help develop training and consulting programs, including topics, formats, and proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate leads through research, networking, client engagement, and referrals.
- Maintain the client database and track insights, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to turn client feedback into program improvements.
Requirements
- Final year student or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
- Interested in program development, client relations, and business research.
- Good communication skills, curious, and proactive.
- Creative Thinker, Fast learner, eager to learn new things, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
