Business Development — fr-anz with benefits & The Green Collective, Pererenan (Bali)
We run two brands in Pererenan, Bali: fr-anz with benefits, a specialty café for small-format cinnamon rolls, coffee and matcha, and The Green Collective, a premium healthy grab-and-go store. Both are supplied by our own production kitchen.
Right now most of our sales happen in the store. We are looking for someone to build the business outside of it: wholesale accounts, partnerships and corporate orders. This is a new role, so you will be building it from the ground up with us.
What you will do
- Find and open new B2B accounts: gyms, yoga studios, co-working spaces, hotels, villas, health shops and offices
- Handle the full cycle yourself, from first contact and tasting to pricing, agreement and first delivery
- Manage existing accounts and make sure reorders keep coming
- Build partnerships and collaborations with other brands and venues in the Canggu and Pererenan area
- Grow our delivery and corporate catering orders
- Track your pipeline and report results weekly to the founder
- Bring back what you hear from the market so it can feed into our products and pricing
What we are looking for
- Strong English, spoken and written. You will deal with international owners, expat managers and foreign clients every day, and this is the most important requirement for this role
- Experience in sales, business development or account management, ideally in F&B, hospitality or FMCG
- Comfortable doing outreach and walking into a place to ask for the decision maker
- Organised enough to keep a clean pipeline and follow up on time
- Able to work independently, we are a small team and nobody will manage your day for you
- Own motorbike and SIM C, you will be on the road a lot
- Bahasa Indonesia at native or fluent level
Nice to have
- An existing network in the Canggu, Pererenan or Seminyak hospitality scene
- Interest in health, fitness or specialty coffee
- Social media skills, editing skills
What we offer
- Base salary plus uncapped commission. You earn a bonus for every new account you open, and on top of that a percentage of the monthly revenue from the accounts you manage. The more accounts you keep active, the more you earn every month
