About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, persuasive, results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to grow our client pipeline and bring in new agency projects. This role focuses on generating opportunities, building relationships, and converting prospects into clients (not just supporting marketing activities)
You will work closely with the founder to drive revenue growth, strengthen the agency’s positioning, and expand into international markets.
Key Responsibilities
💼 Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, Dribbble, email outreach, partnerships, and other relevant channels
- Build and maintain a healthy, consistent sales pipeline
- Identify high-quality prospects aligned with the agency’s positioning and services
🔥 Sales Execution & Closing
- Manage outbound outreach, follow-ups, and lead-nurturing processes
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and business goals
- Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and commercial offers
- Handle negotiations and support the closing process from initial contact to signed deal
🤝 Client Relationship & Onboarding
- Build strong early-stage client relationships
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover processes with the internal team
- Collaborate closely with PM, designers (full-time & freelance) and project stakeholders to align expectations
📊 Pipeline & Performance Management
- Track and manage pipeline performance consistently
- Monitor key metrics such as qualified leads, conversion rates, deal value, and revenue contribution
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve sales performance and outreach effectiveness

Requirements
Must-Have
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Executive, or B2B Sales
- Proven track record of closing deals and contributing to revenue growth
- Strong experience with outbound sales (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, prospecting, follow-ups)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing client conversations independently
- Strong commercial mindset and target-oriented approach
- Self-driven, proactive, and resilient when facing rejection
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal (required for international clients)
Strong Plus
- Experience in a design agency, creative agency, SaaS, or digital product environment
- Experience selling retainer-based or project-based services
- Understanding of UI/UX, Graphic Design, and website development
- Experience working with international clients (US/EU markets)
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
