Your Mission
As a Business Development Executive, you'll build trusted relationships with business owners, C-level executives, and HR leaders.
You'll take the time to understand their business and workforce challenges, then introduce practical HR solutions that improve people management, strengthen organizational performance, and enable leaders to focus on growing their business.

What You'll Do
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, C-level executives, and HR leaders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, social selling, events, and other effective business development strategies.
• Understand clients' business objectives and workforce challenges.
• Present tailored HR solutions that create measurable business value.
• Manage the full business development cycle—from prospecting and meetings to proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop long-term client partnerships based on trust and exceptional service.
• Work independently while consistently achieving business objectives and growth targets.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
• Experience in HR Solutions, Recruitment, Outsourcing, Payroll, or other B2B services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable engaging with business owners, C-level executives, and HR leaders.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results.
