Job description:
Identify new customers (farming/hunting/canvassing) while maintaining strong relationships and loyalty with existing clients in the Jakarta area.
Achieve sales target that have been set by company.
Demonstrate strong understanding of the HORECA sector (Hotel, Restaurant, Café, Catering) and Food Service sales process to promote and grow brand existence and pastry product sales.
Record, monitor, and report all sales activities including sales calls, daily visits, sales orders, outstanding invoices, customer database updates, presentations, project closures, follow-ups, and action plans.
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers.
Deliver product samples to prospective clients.
Manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery along with invoices and delivery orders (DO).

Keep updated on competitor activities and industry trends.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food Science, Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development within the HORECA/Food Service sector, with a strong professional network.
Highly motivated, honest and goal-driven individual with a track record to achieve company sales target.
Strong communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude, detail-oriented, and organized.
Ownership of a vehicle is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
