Your Day-to-Day Tasks
• Learn how to use the company’s software (just simple steps as a user)
• Understand the use-cases of company’s software for various types of enterprise clients
• Assist Sales Directors to arrange meetings with prospective clients and follow up
• Conduct research and acquire new leads
• Cold-calling to contacts in databases
• Work closely and collaborate with Sales Director and colleagues to achieve sales target
• Attend daily and weekly meetings online/ calls to provide activity updates
• Respond to all sales-related enquiries promptly
• Create quotations and proposals for prospective clients
• Liaise with colleagues from Project team to review processes of prospective clients
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure renewals or additional purchases
Requirements
• Experience in business development role in B2B company for 1 year or more
• Cold-calling experience in English preferred
• Experience working with Channel Partners/ Distributors for B2B product/ services preferred
• Must be comfortable to work independently without much handholding
• Driven, resourceful, and committed to achieving results
• Ability to learn fast and think on your feet
• Comfortable with the fast-paced startup environment
• Self-disciplined and target focused
• Possesses integrity and honesty.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
