Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute online sales strategies aligned with company objectives and business targets
- Manage and prioritize strategic initiatives across multiple teams to achieve sales KPIs and business growth
- Identify market trends and business opportunities within the online travel industry
- Acquire and manage new API partners including OTAs, e-commerce platforms, affiliate networks, and other online distribution channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners
- Monitor partner performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and ROI
- Manage promotional activities and ensure product visibility across partner platforms
- Oversee API distribution channels to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and product information
- Coordinate integration processes with new partners to ensure smooth onboarding and connectivity
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams by translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Support partners throughout onboarding, launch, and post-integration processes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, partnership management, business development, or online distribution
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Relevant Majors
- Preferably from the travel, OTA, airline, hospitality, or e-commerce industry
- Strong understanding of API workflows and online distribution platforms
- Comfortable discussing basic system architecture and API integration processes with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously
- Having an existing network within the online travel industry is an advantage
- Proactive, adaptable, and target-oriented mindset
