Job Descriptions :
1. Support the business development team in creating a business project, scope of work document and business plan.
2. Actively seeking potential business partners.
3. Stay up to date with the latest Crypto trends to find new product growth points.
4. Support market research for product and business development purposes.
5. In charge of end-to-end project reports to lead and management.
6. Pitch and present the business project to potential business partners.
7. Complete end-to-end business negotiation.
8. Maintain existing products and business partners.
Job Requirements :
1. Have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a Reputable University.
2. Minimum 3 year of work experience in Business Development/ Sales / Marketing. Familiarity with the Crypto/ Blockchain/ Web3/ FinTech/ Capital Markets would be a plus advantage.
3. Strong communication and time management skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, creative, independent, quick learner, high ability to handle the pressure and result-oriented.
5. Proactive and possess the tenacity to adapt in a fast-paced environment and make an impact.
6. Strong negotiation skills and organizational skills.
7. Highly meticulous and organized in managing multiple/ large-scale complex initiatives.
8. Proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin will be an advantage.
