Job Description
- Developing the sales of Borzo's products to the market as well as building partnership relationships with key partners
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to a potential client
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Providing competitive insight to the sales and marketing teams
- Having responsibility for maintaining and cultivating customer relationships with emphasis on key decision-makers
- Developing and maintaining an active opportunity pipeline for all accounts
- Meeting, presenting, and delivering information to potential clients
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Closing sales and working with clients through the closing process for all sizes of potential clients
- Carrying out other tasks as assigned by the managers
Requirement
- Getting a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, eCommerce, business administration, or all other related fields
- Welcome Fresher (Junior BDE) and the candidate who has a minimum of 3-year experience (Senior BDE) in the industrial market with a multinational firm
- Being strong experience in B2B activities
- Having knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Being self-motivated, self-directed, persuasive, and goal-oriented
- Working independently or as an active member of a team
- Possessing an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Being comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all-day
- Having excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Being Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Having Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Being able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Being strong personal resilience, highly motivated, and a team player with a strong personal drive
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
- Being patient to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
- Working under pressure
- Having Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM/Pipedrive experience preferred
- Getting experience in the outbound call centers, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
