Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in Stocks/Asset Management, Banking, or Financial Services (Fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome to apply)
- Confident in client communication, presentations, and handling objections
- Strong negotiation skills and target-driven mindset
- Fluent in English (Mandarin or other foreign languages is a plus)
- Familiar with trading platforms (e.g. Forex, Gold, US Stocks, Derivatives) is an advantage
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Passionate about financial markets and keen to grow in a business-driven environment
Key Responsibilities
- Support client acquisition and follow-up leads through events, campaigns, or direct outreach
- Assist in executing marketing activities, seminars, and partnership initiatives
- Maintain product knowledge and explain Phillip’s trading solutions to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign success
- Track performance, collect client feedback, and contribute ideas to improve outreach
- Work towards individual and team KPI targets (client growth, trading volume, product adoption)
