Job description
- Identifying business opportunities and targeted market sectors to grow our Recruitment Service Business
- Direct business development activities including identifying strategic business accounts; establishing sale pipeline and client approaching plan, making presentation and sales visits
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Negotiate high stakes contract which leads to complex deals closure
- Sharing client information with Recruitment Consultant team and support them with closing the deal
- Work closely with Recruitment Consultant team to ensure good service delivery to clients
- Key strategic role and contributor: You will have the chance to be part of our team to expand the market, especially in the Tech or Consumer Goods/Retail industries in the Vietnam

- Sales/Business Development professional with 1- 3 years of experience in relevant roles
- Good English skills in business communication
