- Visiting property projects and developers around Joglosemar based on a weekly target, showcasing our products and services.
- Demonstrating the ability to effectively negotiate deals and close sales, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining a comprehensive database of clients and potential leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Actively identifying and registering new projects not yet listed in the database, expanding our market reach.
- Taking responsibility for the administration process, including submitting, verifying, and updating client information in the database.
- A minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferably in a digital company.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for sales and client management.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain client connections.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and their own vehicle (preferably a motorcycle) for travel purposes.
