About the Role
We're looking for a high-agency Business Development professional to help scale Huniq from 0 to 1 — someone who doesn't wait for instructions, but prioritizes, decides, and executes on what actually moves the business forward.
You won't do everything yourself. But you'll own the outcomes: revenue growth, product-market fit, and marketing efficiency.
What You'll Own
1. Revenue Growth Drive the company's top-line growth by identifying and executing on the highest-leverage opportunities — new clients, new revenue streams, or better conversion of existing ones.
2. Product-Market Fit Build and iterate on our MVP systems until we find genuine product-market fit. Test fast, learn faster, kill what doesn't work.
3. Performance Marketing Own the advertising and promotion budget end-to-end. Optimize for CAC and LTV — not vanity metrics. Every rupiah spent should be accountable to a number.
4. Frontline Relations (Early Phase) In the early stage, you'll be the direct point of contact for tenants and/or property owners — via chat and in-person meetings. This is hands-on, ground-level work that feeds directly into your product and growth decisions.

Requirements
Owns a personal vehicle
Based in Tangerang or South Tangerang
Comfortable with both strategic thinking and on-the-ground execution
Basic Presentation, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Skills
Regularly AI Prompting is a plus
