BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships — not just closing deals, but becoming a trusted partner to the clients and people they work with.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Identify and pursue new business opportunities — from first conversation to signed deal
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
Support pitching, proposals, and presentations that actually resonate
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure what's sold is delivered well
Stay close to active accounts — spotting opportunities to grow and add value
Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor moves, and market opportunities
WHO YOU ARE
2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or related fields
A natural relationship-builder — people trust you quickly, and you keep that trust
Comfortable moving between hunting new business and nurturing existing ones
Strong communicator — in pitches, proposals, and casual client check-ins alike
Organized, proactive, and calm when managing multiple things at once
Curious about how businesses grow, and motivated by being part of that
