About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through effective business development strategies.
Candidates with experience in the technology industry will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
- Monitor business performance and provide regular reports on pipeline, opportunities, and results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
- Experience in the technology industry, such as SaaS, IT solutions, digital platforms, or software services, is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in generating new business opportunities and achieving business targets.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory requirement).
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
