Business Development (BD) – Qualifications
Placement: South Jakarta (STR Office).
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales; experience in the Call Center/BPO industry is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of proposal development, pitching, negotiation, and corporate client management.
- Target-oriented with the ability to manage and maintain an effective sales pipeline.
- Basic knowledge of Call Center operations, including inbound/outbound processes and SLA standards.
- Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
