Business Development Executive

Indo-Ned Consultancy is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Bali.

This role is responsible for managing client relationships, developing business opportunities, handling service discussions, and ensuring potential clients are properly converted into confirmed services.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs, explain relevant services, conduct follow-ups and negotiations, and drive opportunities toward confirmed services.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, identify additional needs, and develop opportunities for repeat or additional services.
• Manage client information and sales pipeline, ensuring every opportunity is properly updated and followed up.
• Moderate client meetings and coordinate with the Expert team.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Client Relations, or similar roles.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Mature interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and thoughtful approach to client communication.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and business partners.
• Good ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable services.
• Well organized and attentive to client information and sales pipeline.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, legal, accounting, taxation, or business services is a plus but not mandatory.
