Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Development Executive Vdes (virtual Desire Events)
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
- Tìm hiểu và nắm bắt thị trường mới;
- Tìm hiểu và nắm bắt những nhu cầu của nhà cung cấp
- Liên lạc với những nhà cũng cấp mới qua điện thoại hoặc các kênh social media, sắp xếp một buổi gặp mặt để giới thiệu về Vdes, Marry, YWP (Your wedding planner)
- Thuyết trình và Hướng dẫn nhà cung cấp sử dụng hệ thống dành cho đối tác của Vdes, Marry, YWP
- Chăm sóc nhà cung cấp để duy trì mối quan hệ tốt đẹp với họ;
- Thiết lập các chiến lược công việc nhằm đảm bảo hoàn thành được mục tiêu của cá nhân và của bộ phận hằng tháng;
- Đào tạo và giúp đỡ đồng nghiệp để cùng đạt mục tiêu;
- Báo cáo và thường xuyên cập nhật tiến độ công việc;
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
- Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự;
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt;
- Có thể giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh;
- Kỹ năng thuyết trình, kỹ năng đàm phán thương lượng;
- Có kỹ năng sắp xếp thời gian, tổ chức công việc;
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, có tinh thần hỗ trợ tốt;
CHÍNH SÁCH PHÚC LỢI
- Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức full-time
- Thời gian làm việc: 8h-17h (Thứ 2-6), 8h-12h (thứ 7), nghỉ trưa từ 12h-13h30
- Mức lương: thỏa thuận
- Được làm việc trong môi trường trẻ và năng động
- Thường xuyên được đào tạo nâng cao năng lực chuyên môn
- Chính sách nghỉ không giới hạn ngày phép
- Được hưởng đầy đủ BHXH, BHYT theo luật lao động
- Được tham gia các hoạt động ngoại khóa (Du lịch, outing, company trip,...)
- Được hưởng KPIs cá nhân và theo bộ phận
