We are looking for energetic, communicative, and target-oriented talents to join us as a Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for developing E-commerce growth for our platform within a designated region.
This position is a perfect fit for individuals who thrive on marketing challenges, love negotiation, and want to contribute directly to the company's business growth in the E-commerce industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new brands (National & International) to become the company’s business partners.
- Conduct canvassing, cold calling, and market mapping.
- Build a lead pipeline and manage the acquisition process through to contract signing.
- Deliver presentations, handle negotiations, and close partnership deals with brand owners.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing partners (relationship management).
- Analyze market potential, competitors, and business opportunities in respective regions.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Marketing, and Revenue teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new brands.
- Achieve brand acquisition and revenue targets set by the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a D3/S1 degree (any major, preferably in Business, Marketing, or National & International Brand Management).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Agency Business Development (experience in the E-commerce industry is highly preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Driven, target-oriented, and result-oriented.Possess a wide network and good relationships with brands in Indonesia
