Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and business potential.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are well understood and delivered.
- Support sales pipeline management, follow-up activities, and deal closing processes.
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or similar role.
- Experience in digital producs or media agency is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build relationships, identify opportunities, and manage multiple priorities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or Mandarin is a plus.
