Business Development Manager
General Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related fields.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, trucking, or supply chain industry.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics operations, including domestic/international shipping, warehousing, distribution, and last-mile delivery.
* Having a strong network within logistics, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce industries is an advantage.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and corporate client handling skills.
* Strong analytical thinking and business expansion strategy capabilities.
* Target-oriented, proactive, and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital sales pipeline management.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
