Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Development Executive PT MOOSE DIGITAL INOVASI

About the Company:

MooseLab (PT Moose Digital Inovasi) is a Jakarta-based software development agency focused on solving business challenges through high-quality, custom digital solutions. We help clients build reliable backend and frontend systems using modern technologies. Currently, we are seeking a high-caliber Business Development Executive who is a natural hunter, proactive, and highly target-oriented to expand our market reach.

Responsibilities:

1. Independently identify and map new B2B/corporate market opportunities through LinkedIn or cold outreach.

2. Initiate contact, present the company portfolio, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.

3. Explore clients' business needs and coordinate with the technical team to propose the right software solutions.

4. Maintain strong client relationships to unlock long-term collaboration and retainer opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduate / experienced, completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field

2. Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience as a B2B Sales / Business Development professional within a software house, IT consultancy, or digital agency.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite

5. Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguity

6. Actively communicates in English (spoken and written)

7. Based in Jabodetabek (preferably Jakarta or having easy transport access to Jakarta for mandatory offline meetings).

8. Professional appearance, sharp, confident, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Tech-savvy (basic understanding of technology terms and software development concepts).

10. Possess a strong "hunter" mentality, highly disciplined, self-motivated, and fully driven by high-performance commissions.
