- Understand and implement the company's vision, mission, values, culture, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results).
- Generate sales lead for PopStar - influencer marketing app
- Able to consistently hit or surpass monthly sales target/KPI
- Able to develop sales plan, execute the strategy and create sales report
- Collaborate with various teams for end-to-end client pitching process
- Develop & maintain long-term positive relationships with clients
- Generate new business using existing and potential client networks
- To tap on existing relationship and to expand it further to build PopStar awareness in the market
- Support the team with any other related tasks if needed.
- Other duties assigned.
