Business Development Executive

PT Sahabat Dua Muda is looking for a Business Development professional to join our client, a dynamic company specializing in marketing, advertising, and culture-led experiences, with a strong focus on the wellness, lifestyle, and community sectors.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related field. Experience in an event organizer or creative industry is a plus.
• A natural relationship-builder who can establish trust and maintain strong client relationships.
• Comfortable with both hunting for new business and nurturing existing accounts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, from pitches and proposals to day-to-day client conversations.
• Organized, proactive, and able to stay calm while managing multiple priorities.
• Curious about how businesses grow and motivated by creating meaningful opportunities and partnerships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, from initial conversations through to closing deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Lead and support pitches, proposals, and presentations that effectively communicate value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of sold projects.
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for business growth and added value.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.
