Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and partners, and conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and digital channels. This role involves qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms to close deals. The person in this position will also maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, monitor market trends, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to refine offerings and improve customer experience. Regular reporting on sales performance, targets, and market insights is expected.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business to identify opportunities, drive growth, and meet revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to build, manage, and qualify a pipeline of prospects through various channels.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct client presentations, negotiate agreements, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, ideally in travel, fintech, or consumer services.
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and deliver against clear targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
