Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of Business Development or Sales experience in a brokerage firm, financial institution, capital markets company, or related industry.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand OTC products and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, and relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to identify new business opportunities independently.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin or other foreign languages is an advantage).
- Passionate about financial markets and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of the Company's newly launched OTC product by acquiring new retail clients and expanding market reach.
- Identify new customer segments and explore innovative client acquisition opportunities.
- Develop and execute business development initiatives through direct outreach, partnerships, communities, events, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and business partners.
- Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to identify new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing and internal teams to improve product awareness and client acquisition initiatives.
