Bagi Kopi is a rapidly growing coffee shop brand with a strong expansion model. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and innovation, with numerous outlets nationwide. We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our network of investors.
Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts. Your primary role will be to attract new investors while maintaining strong relationships with our existing partners. This position requires a proactive approach to business development and investor relations.
Responsibilities:
Investor Recruitment: Identify and recruit new investors to expand our brand presence.
Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing investors through regular communication and updates.
Reporting: Create and distribute detailed monthly reports to investors, highlighting business performance and growth opportunities.
Business Development: Continuously seek out new business opportunities and areas for expansion, including potential new outlet locations.
Proposal Creation: Develop compelling proposals for new business initiatives and outlets to present to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in account management, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and build relationships with a diverse group of investors and business partners.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations.
Experience in banking, real estate, F&B or franchise industry is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
