Requirements :
- Bachelor of Law Degree
- Experienced 2 – 3 years of as an Account Executive/Business Development/Sales/Client Acquisition, preferably within the event, professional training, or learning & development industry;;
- Experience in the field of event organizing and conducting internal company specific legal training
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management abilities;
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines;
- Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic business software applications;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Job Descriptions :
- Introduce, promote, and sell Hukumonline’s In-House Training services to prospective clients and strategic partners;
- Develop and execute client acquisition and business development strategies to expand market reach;
- Conduct research on current regulations, legal developments, and industry trends to support training proposals and client needs;
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end training activities, including pre-event preparation, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up;
- Collaborate with internal teams, speakers, and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery;
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other supporting materials for client engagements and business opportunities;
- Monitor sales targets and contribute to achieving the company’s business objectives
