Business Development Executive (Creative Agency)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and proactive Brand Acquisition Executive to identify, approach, and onboard potential brands that will use our TikTok-focused services, including TikTok Live Streaming, TikTok Affiliate, and TikTok Ads Management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and approach potential brands and businesses suitable for TikTok Live Streaming, TikTok Affiliate, and TikTok Ads services
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, marketing teams, and decision-makers
3. Present company services, proposals, and customized solutions to prospective clients
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
5. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, ads, live streaming) to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution
6. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
7. Prepare basic reports on pipeline, leads, and conversion progress

Requirements

1. Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Executive (digital marketing / agency experience is a plus)
2. Strong understanding or interest in TikTok system
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
4. Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach
5. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
6. Willing to work on-site in Pluit, Jakarta Utara
7. Wiling to work from Mon - Sat / 6 Days (09:00 - 18:00)
