Qualifications / Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably Management, Business, or Marketing.
* Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, supported by a certificate (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, or an equivalent English course certificate).
* 4–5 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales, or Distribution Management, preferably within the HORECA, Chinese Product, FMCG/food & beverage industry with exposure to both modern and traditional market channels.
* Strong understanding of modern trade engagement mechanisms (product listing, trading terms, promotional fees) and traditional market mechanisms (wholesale systems, distribution to markets/stores).
* A strong existing network with modern trade buyers and traditional market players is an advantage.
* Strong negotiation, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work towards measurable targets and KPIs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting; familiarity with distribution/ERP systems is an advantage.
* Willing to travel and conduct field visits across various regions.
* Holds a valid Driver's License (SIM A/C) and owns a personal vehicle (if required for field operations).
* Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
