Type of Job:

Full-Time Employee

Responsibilities:

  1. Offer and sell Premium Listing Packages (Silver, Gold, Platinum) to property sellers in the Pashouses ecosystem.
  2. Build strong relationships with property owners and help them understand the benefits of upgrading their listings.
  3. Conduct daily outreach via phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  4. Provide consultation and recommendations to sellers on how Premium Listing can maximize visibility and buyer reach.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Supply) to ensure smooth activation of purchased packages.
  6. Maintain accurate sales reports, customer data, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Freshgraduate or max 26 yo
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property sales, telemarketing, or service upselling roles (experience in real estate or digital marketing is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working with daily/weekly KPIs.
  • Confident in handling objections and explaining product value clearly.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and eager to grow within a high-performance sales environment.
  • Owns a motorcycle and has a valid driver's license
  • Performance Indicators (KPI):
  • Achieve weekly and monthly Premium Listing sales targets (number of packages sold & total revenue).
  • Maintain high conversion rate from existing supply leads.
  • Ensure high seller satisfaction and repeat package purchases.
