Deskripsi pekerjaan BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CREWING MANAGER Manasvidya Anagata Talenta
We are looking for a strategic and well-connected maritime professional to lead our commercial team, grow client relationships, and drive crewing business development across shipowners, vessel operators, and ship management companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial team to achieve business targets and manage the sales pipeline
- Identify and follow up with potential clients, and build strong relationships with key clients
- Coordinate with Crewing and Operations teams to ensure crew readiness, documentation, and compliance
- Lead price, proposal, and contract negotiations
- Prepare strategic partnership proposals to support crewing and crew change services
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Maritime, Sea Transportation, Management, or Business
- Ex-Captain with min. 5 years of sailing experience and an established maritime network will be highly preferred
- Min. 5 years of experience in Business Development/Commercial, preferably in crewing, manning agency, ship management, or shipping
- Strong understanding of crew deployment, STCW, and MLC
- Active English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation, proposal/contract management, pipeline management, and revenue target skills
- Familiar with CRM and cross-divisional coordination (Crewing, Operations, Finance, Legal)
- Domiciled in Batam
