Role Description
- Identify and qualify potential clients or partners, conduct market research, and build a pipeline of leads aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and stakeholders, document interactions in CRM or tracking tools, and collaborate with internal teams to refine business development strategies.
- Participating in training, sharing market feedback, and contributing ideas to improve outreach and agency development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations (HR) or Finance
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build professional relationships.
- Lead generation capabilities, including prospecting, follow-up, and maintaining an organized lead pipeline.
- Market research skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and understand customer needs in financial services or related sectors.
- Self-motivated and disciplined in a work environment, with good time management and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in financial services and sharia-compliant products (training will be provided).
