Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Development: Develop and execute tailored business development strategies to promote ERP solutions in Indonesia and other assigned markets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Lead Generation & Market Penetration: Identify and target potential clients in Indonesia through in-depth market research, networking, and outbound initiatives to drive ERP adoption across various industries.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations. Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and nurture long-term partnerships for continuous business growth.
- ERP Proposal Development & Negotiation: Develop customized business proposals and presentations that effectively communicate ERP value propositions. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies and alignment with client requirements.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine ERP offerings and strengthen the company’s market positioning in Indonesia.
- Partnership Development & Support: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with local business partners, industry influencers, and referral networks to expand market reach and enhance service delivery.
- CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market insights to senior management.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and successful ERP implementation for clients.
- Performance & Sales Tracking: Set and achieve sales targets, track daily/weekly/monthly performance, and ensure alignment with business growth objectives. Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Remote Work & Self-Management: Effectively manage work in a remote or hybrid setup, demonstrating strong self-discipline, communication, and organizational skills to meet targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in ERP, CRM, or enterprise software solutions.
- Prior experience working in B2B sales and engaging with mid-to-large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems.
- Strong ability to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
