Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Development (Clinic Partnership) Formi
We are looking for a highly motivated Partnership Manager to join our growing team. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with clinics to support our business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build a leads database by researching and identifying potential clinics that meet our target criteria.
- Acquire new clinic partners through cold calling, email outreach, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for partnership expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clinic partners.
- Provide regular reports and updates on partnership progress to the management team.
- Be involved in contract negotiations to establish strong working partnerships and deal terms grounded on sustainable economics for both parties.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development or partnership management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and maintain them over time.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or working with clinics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be placed in one of these location: Yogyakarta; Semarang; Surabaya; Jakarta; Bandung; Medan; Makassar; or other city depends on company needs.
