Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
- Lead and manage B2B and B2C sales initiatives for Pilates equipment, Power Plate products, and future business lines
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with studios, gyms, wellness centers, hospitals, clinics, hotels, corporate clients, universities, and other key stakeholders
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, reseller networks, and expansion channels
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiations to closing and account management
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, business performance, and revenue reporting
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, academy, and studio teams to drive business growth
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing Business Development team members
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the wellness and fitness industry
- Present business performance updates and growth strategies to management
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial, or Partnership roles
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
- Strong experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and commercial negotiations
- Experience in fitness, wellness, healthcare, education, lifestyle, or related industries is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
- Data-driven and comfortable managing KPIs, forecasts, and sales performance metrics
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capture new business opportunities
- Fluent in English is preferred
