Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial, or related fields.
- Experience in the parking or property industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
- Experience with tender/bidding processes is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English is preferred.
