Deskripsi pekerjaan BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE Cogency Marketing Indonesia
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business/ marketing communications related field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Development and end-to-end-closing experience
- Coming from a Media House/ Advertising Agency will be an advantage
- High level of drive, autonomy, self-motivation, passion, confidence, eager to learn and an ability to independently lead projects.
- Strong interpersonal, marketing, team work, and analytical skills. Analysis and solutions matching skills are needed.
- Aggressive in looking for opportunities to expand client relationships.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (Bahasa and English).
- Ability to manage details in a high volume / short dead-line business.
- Excellent negotiation skills and client relationship management.
- Independently and proactively source opportunities for new customers.
- Stay up to date on news and current trends, in order to identify organizations, industries and segments with likely high hiring needs.
- Build relationships with potential client/ client point person, to seek sales opportunities.
- Have excellent client engagement skills; build rapport with potential clients and deeply understand their business model, recruitment needs and pain points.
- Able to develop proposals (pitch deck) for potential new clients, demonstrate the value of Cogency Indonesia services and discuss the potential services to the client.
- Be confident and articulate in presenting, negotiating and discussion with clients.
- Deliver highly productive activities weekly to create and move opportunities in the pipeline with the goal to overachieve targets and KPI set.
- Collaborate with internal teams to lead successful go to market campaigns.
- Ensure the value of solutions are realized by our clients and to drive continued engagement working with account teams to drive adoption.
