- Find, negotiate, and deal with new business channel
- Create programs for Kolega business development
- Find new ideas and innovations for Kolega business development
- Identify potential business deals by building an extensive pool of leads
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Closely work with the Business Development team to develop new accounts and new opportunities within existing accounts
- Plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Source and develop client referrals.
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
- Schedule sales activity.
- Maximum 27 years old with minimum 1 year experience
- Minimum bachelor degree from business and economy
- Preferably has experience working in startup environment
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
- A track record of resilience and high standard of self-discipline
- Excellent intrapersonal and interpersonal skills
- Require skill(s) : planning and strategizing, persuasiveness, adaptability, verbal and written communication, and negotiation skills.
