1. Min. 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales
2. Strong communication, organizational, and good at time management skill
3. Have a comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

5. Strong interpersonal and have a customer oriented
6. Excellence selling skills & negotiation

1. Explore and acquire new potential clients
2. Build relationship with prospective clients
3. Maintain consistency contact with existing clients
4. Experience in full sales cycle including deal until closing
5. Analytical (Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion) & problem solving skills
6. Track metrics and establish competitive advantages
7. Developing plans for business and revenue growth
8. Pursue leads and moving them through the sales cycle
