# We're Hiring: Business Development & Social Media Executive
**Location:** Hybrid (90% Remote), South Tangerang

IndonesiaIOR.com is a leading Importer of Record (IOR) and cross-border logistics company specializing in Southeast Asia. We work with global companies to simplify importation, compliance, customs clearance, and logistics operations across the region.
We're looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys learning, communicating with international clients, and creating engaging content.
## What You'll Do
* Conduct market and industry research
* Handle existing clients and develop new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
* Create engaging social media content (Short-form & Long-form videos)
* Confidently appear in front of the camera for educational and promotional content
* Perform basic video editing for social media platforms
* Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports
* Collaborate with the team to improve marketing and business development strategies
## Requirements
* Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of the camera
* Passionate about learning new things, especially international trade, import/export, and Southeast Asian logistics
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Have a dedicated workspace with a stable internet connection
* Basic knowledge of video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools)
* Familiar with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
* Strong research and problem-solving skills
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if you have excellent English communication skills and are eager to learn.
