About the Role:
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our Sustainability and IT consulting, managed services and outsourcing services. You get exposure to 2 of the fastest growing sectors of sustainability and IT, including AI and automation.
Responsibilities include proactive outreach, effective client engagement, proposal development, and efficient lead management to support and achieve overall business objectives. Some travel to Singapore may be required from time to time for training or client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce and sell outsourcing and BPO services.
- Customer Proposal Development: Create client proposals aligned with client needs following discussions.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute demand generation activities and support marketing initiatives to achieve targets.
- Lead Follow-Up: Engage and convert leads from marketing and demand generation efforts.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular progress reports.
- Sales Support: Support business development and documentation related to client proposals and contracts.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Certification in any area of sustainability or IT preferred
Skills & Experience:
- 2–3 years in sales or business development, preferably in consulting, managed services, outsourcing or BPO services.
- Interest in sustainability and technology and ability to learn the language and narrative to sell services in these sectors required.
- Familiarity with sustainability and IT is a bonus.
- Excellent spoken and written English and working level for Bahasa Indonesia needed, ability to interact confidently with international clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales tactics.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals.
