The Role
You will own Yoona's B2B revenue and partnership pipeline end-to-end. This isn't an order-taker role — you'll originate deals, build relationships from scratch, and close. Expect to work directly with the founding team and have your wins (and losses) matter immediately.
- Identify, pitch, and close B2B partnerships with corporates, retailers, clinics, wellness brands, and distributors
- Build and manage a pipeline of institutional and commercial prospects using CRM tools and AI-assisted outreach
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements — co-marketing, white-label, channel, and co-distribution deals
- Represent Yoona at trade events, wellness summits, and industry meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and product to deliver on partnership commitments
- Generate actionable market intelligence — competitor moves, whitespace opportunities, pricing signals
Who We're Looking For
- Min. 1 year of commercial, BD, sales, or client-facing experience — or a fresh grad with exceptional hustle and demonstrable outcomes
- Genuinely AI-fluent: you use ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar tools daily and without being told to
- Comfortable owning a full sales cycle — prospecting to close — not just supporting one
- Strong communicator in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and verbal
- High tolerance for ambiguity, low tolerance for mediocrity
- Obsessively organised — you track everything, follow up without being reminded, and never drop a ball
- Genuine interest in women's health, wellness, or consumer brands is a meaningful plus
